A picture’s worth a thousand words!
Well, I got to hear that wonderful noise that alerts me that Mike is logged on to AIM. It has worked out great lately because he usually logs on around 7 pm his time, which means that we get to chat since it is noon my time.
He sent a few pics today. I will share them here…
Here are some Camels that he saw just walking across the street while they were taking a tour.
This is Mike doing his scary one eye up one eye down thing! I swear to you all that he has made that face since he was just a little guy. That was the look he used to give me when I told him he had to eat his peas.

This is a picture of him at night in Kuwait. He looks so tired to me in this picture… maybe I am just projecting.

Here is a picture of a sandstorm. I was raised in Arizona so I remember how these things feel. Of course the ones I remember are no where as severe as what they get in the middle east, but I remember the feeling of stinging sand hitting my face and getting into my hair. I also remember losing an ice cream cone or two to said sand storms!
