Although I wasn't inspired to do it until I felt the world closing in around me -- stress that is. Then when my doctor told me what my cholesterol level was and how that was going to affect me in a few decades... I got up and started booking it! I guess I am stubborn, so it took massive stress and threat of stroke and heart attack before I decided to do it! I am stiff necked some times! Moving is good!
