The Aquarium

The other day I mentioned a trip and Piper asked for some pictures. So, here they are. Now, keep in mind that all of these were taken with my cell phone camera since I forgot my digital at home! *doh* Not bad for such a small camera though!

KYW! I will have to look that one up. I have never heard of the Newport Aquarium. We need to have a good road trip one day… up that way!
We also have a GREAT aquarium here too - hint hint…I have many pictures of me and bratchild spending lots of time there when she was little. Special memories..(and I think the whales and penguins enjoyed us too……

An idea: Maybe a HOOAH/Brat/KYW roadtrip - I mean research trip.lol. - visiting aquariums across the continent…Yea, I like that one.
Brat, we could do research on Aquariums and Cheesecake! How’s that? Maybe I can find a grant somewhere… hmmm!!

KYW, you will have to let us know your vice that way we can put it into the research. Mr. Hooah! and I decided last night to add good steak houses on the list of things to research (that covers both of our vices)…. so we want this to be fair. Just let us know and I will write it into the grant. Hey, if the Federal Govt. wants to fund worthless research we might as well take advantage!
My Vice? Oh my goodness…. where to start? Umm, take your pick here. Antiques, books, coffee, lighthouses, museums, copper cookware, coffee.. to name just a few.
Hey, if we get that research grant this year, do you think we could get it funded again and again like some I’ve heard about?

Ok, you definitely caught my eye with coffee and copper cookware! Oh my! Yes, I think we could get at least 10- years of funding out of this one — provided we keep discovering new things about these items. With our wild imaginations all put together that will not be a problem!
Brat… good point. Bad wording on my behalf. How about “Self-indulgent- research that is not at all for the common good, but for our own darned good?”

I have consulted bratdog and she asks if we can also reserach some method of “skunk management”. That would obviously be for the “greater good” and could be phrased in such as way as we sound *almost* altruistic - as we sample/research coffee, cheesecake, and YES! lighthouses, etc etc etc.
