It’s a nice tribute to the sacrifices of American Soldiers and it was put together by British Citizens. See, we are not as hated across the world as our own media would have us believe.
Anyway, it very kind… there are some uniform issues in it though. Like they use an Air Force uniform to depict an Army dude. :ch Since the spirit and intention is so nice I really don’t care about that aspect…. however when someone like Nancy Pelosi uses a Canadian Soldier to depict a US Soldier… then I have problems with it! :ch :ch :ch

Pelosi did that, Claire? Good grief!!! Send me the info please.
And yes, I love that video, and will be posting it..Did you check out the rest of the site? Very interesting.
I don’t need to tell YOU all that this Brat (Brit/Canadian/”alien yank” – as a friend of mine calls me..lol) LOVES America and Americans.. :lol

Michelle Malkin reported it, but so did a lot of bloggers. You can do a search on “Pelosi Canadian Soldier ad” to find out. I have no problem with an elected official honoring Canada’s Soldiers. I know that Canada has lost Soldiers and sacrifices have certainly been made… what kills me is that this ad was on her site as an ad portraying an American Soldier. She’s a whack-o!

Actually Claire the insignia above the US Army patch is a paratroopers badge.
The shoulder patch appears to be Ist Air Cavalry which would make his uniform correct for the most part. :smile

Thanks for clearing that up Dean. I am not as familiar with all of the patches (just the ones worn around here). I should be embarrassed though because my cousin was a paratrooper. That was years ago… to tell you how long ago, he hurt his ankle going into Granada! Maybe I should not admit to being able to remember that. :~
