This is how Democracy really dies …
… To the sound of applause as Trillions of YOUR dollars are used to socialize what was “once” our Free Market. It’s called a Bail-Out. It’s also called Socialism.
Then again, I suppose it really isn’t YOUR money any more anyways. It’s just bunches of silly green paper that the government prints as much of as it needs.

Yeah, it’s nice to see them bail out all these programs as hundreds of thousands of good folks loose their homes, yet they still pay their taxes….only two things are sure in life, death and taxes….oh yeah and now FEDERAL BAIL OUTS……
Oh, Mr. Hooah, you aren’t a hack….you are just like the rest of us, sitting here scratching our heads trying to figure out why the collective “WE” lose everything when “we” can’t pay the bills, but the big guys that force “us” to lose everything, no, they get their asses bailed out by the federal government…..because they made an error in their checkbooks…..and it’s not good if they fail because of whatever the damn reason is this week…..
And the Auto industry, oh they are failing because of SUV’s and gas and the environment and blah blah blah…..but we will bail them out, like the airline industry back in 2001 after 9/11……oh PHALEESE, there is always an f-ing excuse because they can’t make it in the real world of FAILURE.. you know what S*IT happens…..just like to the rest of us.
Gotta love that shit……I mean if we pulled the crap they pulled we would be answering to a GRAND JURY…..them, they get to have their asses bailed out in the name of BETTERING AMERICA…..hm….sounds kind of ominous to me…..
I say let em fail….let the chips land where they land……. and if that means that people lose their own chips, or jobs, or security, well, that is what happens when you throw good money after bad…..or in this case you keep bailing out bad programs with money you don’t have to do it with……like, hm……lets see, the money better spent on our military’s equipment….
BUT wait, here they come to explain how that money is from a different part of the budget…..OH STFU…..you rob Peter to pay JOHN, you rob John to pay Matthew, your rob Matthew to pay Luke and at some point Paul will never see his share back again…..and thus you have a severe DEFICIT.
It reads like a bad car manual from the early 70′s…..hey we have computers in our cars now….those manuals don’t work on our cars any better then those excuses work now for helping us out of this fiasco…..
yeah, blah blah blah, I’m just rambling on, joining the many pissed off American’s who can’t understand how you bail out major companies in the name of saving or Economy…..just let them fail……

Agree with EVERYTHING ASW said… it is mindboggling to me…And from where I sit, Mr. Hooah!? If you are a hack, well so am I. But as I watch all this going on? Obvious to me that the government really doesn’t care, or listen to the little guy(us), until we default on OUR taxes..THEN no big bail outs for US. In this case, it should be: Fannie MAY NOT!!!

It’s Friday afternoon and I am so mad at our government and the greed on Wall St. I am like the rest of you, work hard try to do the right things,save for retirement and now look at our investments. I just lost 6000.00 on our farm,can I get a bailout? But heres the thing I don’t want a damn bailout!!! Yall have a good weekend. Bulldog Out!!!

Well, if I put as much money into the Major Political parties for the election of the current and future crops of politicians those same politicians might want to bail me out. But I am like most of America, working hard, paying my way and wondering why all my representative don’t wear sponsor logos like NASCAR racers.

Here’s what we all do:
All Americans mail or forward credit card bills to the White House with a note saying that we just can’t pay them – it would be catastrophic to our families. Hey, the precedent has been set in motion for twenty years now…..
