Update on Mr. Hooah! and his Grand Army Adventures!
Well the old man is built like a brick house. He’s graying at the temples, but according to the medical board for the Army he’s in tip-top shape and could still kick a few young whipper-snapper’s butts. Only now he can kick a little better since he has a metal plate reinforcing his leg!
He passed all of his medical scrutiny with flying colors. We are now waiting for the deal-i-o to come down from Battalion. Mr. Hooah! has played his hand and if the Army can’t/won’t give him what he (really we) need in the lines of a position then he walks away from the deal. There is always a little negotiating that goes on in the sign on phase. We’ll see if they try and move the ante, but where we are as a family… we have no more ante to give.
Stay tuned in. Things should get pretty interesting in the Hooah! house in the days to come.

Hang in there and keep us posted! Great news — I had been wondering how this was going or what had happened with his military ambitions. With two serving sons, one Army and one Navy, I can appreciate what y’all are going through.
