Terror suspects in Gitmo are lucky
They should thank their lucky stars that they aren’t an unborn baby. If they were they would be subject to death and Obama would support — he would even pay for it.
US President Barack Obama has lifted a ban on federal funding for foreign family planning agencies that promote or give information about abortion.
The US is one of the biggest supporters of family planning programmes globally, but former president George W Bush blocked funds for abortion services.
Powerful anti-abortion groups in the US have criticised the lifting of the ban.
But aid agencies welcomed the move, saying it would promote women’s health, especially in developing countries.
A White House spokesman said Mr Obama signed the executive order without asking for coverage by the media late on Friday afternoon.
The issue of abortion services remains controversial in the US, pitting pro-life conservative groups against more liberal, pro-choice Americans who back a woman’s right to choose whether or not to have an abortion.
Upside down, inside out, and beyond reason.

I have always held the belief that allowing post-natal abortion would stop the debate and questions forever. Now we are going to have embryonic stem cell healing – can growing almost humans for body parts be far behind? Sliding down that slippery slope.

I know Earl. It’s scary to me.
I told Damon this weekend that I feel like the US called off the WOT and declared a new War on the Unborn instead. God help us.

This decision made me sick–even though we knew it was coming (but hoped and prayed it wouldn’t).
All morality and ethics aside (which is to me the MOST important argument against this decision), what about the ‘worst economic crisis’ argument they’re always bringing up?? What about the homeless children and struggling families? The growing national debt? Seems like if that were their main concern, then all logic would say this shouldn’t be enacted–for purely monetary/ budget/national concerns. Oh — that’s right, per Ms Pelosi and others it cuts our costs..
God help us is right…I am sick when I think my taxes will go to this and there is not much I can do.
