Caregivers of the home front are handed stresses that most people do not have to deal with. There are pitfalls, and some fall in. Others learn various ways of coping that keep them going strong. How do you deal with the stress? What preemptive strikes do you take when you are facing an upcoming deployment or other major life stress?

There are times when I fall down the stairs — and yes, I first want to know who seen it and then I worry about calling for help!
