Knee Deep in the Hooah!

I am talking about KY Woman of course. She is known to a lot of milbloggers because of her supportive comments and military support aimed blog posts. I have bragging rights to the Lemonade Award since she tagged me on her blog, but I also have bragging rights because we are distantly related (we haven’t nailed down the specifics yet, but we know we are) by marriage.

So, here’s the award and those I am naming for it. It is supposed to be given to someone who has shown “attitude and/or gratitude.” Keep reading to see who I listed:

1. Assoluta Traquillita (because our very own Brat and the wonder Brat Dog are tireless and faithful at getting the word out to support our troops – both here in the US and in Canada!).
2. A Soldier’s Wife (because she’s a soldier’s awesome wife!)
3. Kim at All this and crazy too (because she’s funny, smart, and has an awesome bird!)
4. Kristen at Ramblings (because I love her and miss her very much, but I hope she gets to go to Korea even through it’s far away!)
5. Mel at Cool, Calm and Collected (because she totally rocks and her blog looks awesome — and so do her glasses (love those!))
6. Reasa at My Life (because she gets to see her soldier soon and I am totally excited for her – seeing dh after many deployments really IS the sweet lemonade in the deployment lemon crate!)
7. Stacy at Keep my Soldier Safe (because she is a blue star mom extraordinaire and I have a lot of respect for her!)
8. Wendy at Mike D’s Army Mom (because she’s gearing up for that first deployment and needs to know that we are all here for her – plus she makes awesome t-shirt designs!)
9. Yankee Mom (because she can give a boot-to-the-head in a way that makes me wonder if we, too, aren’t related someway!)
10. Bon at One by One the Penguins Steal my Sanity (several reasons, 1. Bon and I have lived parallel lives in some regards to experiences, 2. her blog title is the most awesome — her subtitle is even better. 3. she has more moxie and determination than anyone else I know.)
