Knee Deep in the Hooah!

I think these programs are awesome and will help so many Veterans of the WOT. Take a look around their website, and offer your help where you can. I don’t know if they accept donations or not (I didn’t see that information on their site). If they do, then help out… if they don’t find another organization that supports wounded vets and give a dollar or two.

I too often feel helpless because I can’t give much time or money, but I have lately come to the mindset that if every willing person could give just a dollar or two, then our Veterans of all branches would probably have most of what they need. They stood for us… we should at the very least take care of them and their families when they are wounded and when they are transitioning.

The mission of the Marine For Life Program is to provide transition assistance to Marines who honorably leave active service and return to civilian life and to support injured Marines and their families
